These terms apply to purchases directly from Prompt Collectibles. Purchases on eBay follow the terms shown on that listing.
Delivery
We ship within the United States. Each product shows its fixed shipping charge before checkout. We dispatch paid orders within one business day using USPS Ground Advantage unless the product page specifies another service. Transit time is separate from handling time.
Boxed Pops ship in a protector inside a shipping box. Cards and other pieces use protective packaging appropriate to the item. See the product's included-items list. Orders of $200 or more require signature delivery.
Returns
Contact us within 30 days of delivery to request a return. The buyer pays return shipping for a change of mind. If the item arrives damaged or is not as described, contact us so we can arrange the return at our expense. Return the same piece and all included accessories.
Keep packaging and send photos if an item arrives damaged. Contact [email protected] for instructions before returning an order. Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the return is received and checked; processing time depends on the payment provider.
Before payment
Check the delivery address, shipping charge and any applicable tax on the checkout or invoice. Email us if a delivery address needs special arrangements.
